We will work across the East of England to provide lifelong opportunities for people with learning & physical disabilities, complex needs and Autism, to create the lifestyle they choose and be equal and active members of the community


Our vision is a world where people with a learning or physical disability, complex needs, acquired brain injury or autism are valued equally, listened to and included. We want everyone to have the opportunity to achieve the things they want out of life.

How we will achieve this

We will achieve this vision by creating a robust, sustainable and dynamic charity that delivers high quality support through collaborative working and highly skilled, motivated staff.  

We will achieve our mission (our strategic objectives) through;

Business Development: Extend and broaden our services across the East of England to people of all ages with learning or physical disabilities, complex needs, acquired brain injury or Autism 

Service Delivery: Deliver excellent services that are flexible and responsive to individual needs

Financial: Build and maintain a financially robust and sustainable business model that ensures a future for our staff and service users

People Management: Attract, train, develop and retain high quality, effective staff who are committed to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities
