As a growing charity, we are looking for an Assistant Service Manager to lead a team of Support Workers to provide valuable and caring support to a wonderful lady who has Autism and a learning disability. You will be based in Ely, working in a supported living service where every day will be different – you could be supporting with daily tasks like cooking and shopping, helping with attending appointments and trips out, or getting involved in activities. The lady you will be supporting is great company, has a bit of a mischievous streak and loves playing games like hide and seek. She is looking for someone who can support her to make good choices, give her the opportunity to try new things, and is prepared to be silly and have lots of fun!
