We are looking for dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join our supported living service in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. We have day/evening shifts as well as waking night shifts available. This role is truly special, as you will be providing person-centred support to a lady with learning disabilities and Autism, allowing her to choose how she wants to live her life and enabling her to reach her full potential.

“We are looking for an experienced support worker in learning disability who is compassionate and who really cares to go that extra mile to support our 26 year old daughter to live the best life experiences on a day to day basis. This is a 2:1 role so you will work alongside another colleague so that our daughter’s needs can be met. Our daughter’s disability means she relies on you for absolutely everything but her determination, happiness and smile shine through which is infectious.
