As a growing charity, we are looking to expand our team of Support Workers to provide valuable and caring support to adults with learning disabilities.

This role is based in Ely, working in a supported living service providing person-centred support to two brothers. Both brothers have Fragile X Syndrome and traits of Autism which mean they have difficulties understanding the world. One of the brothers is looking for a Support Worker who can get involved in what he enjoys, particularly sports and going to see Cambridge United, and who can be patient, positive and prepared in case the day doesn’t go to plan. The other brother loves music, acting and drama activities, and arts and crafts and is looking for a Support Worker who is confident, jovial and understands and supports him with his regular routines. Essentially, this role will be supporting both brothers to live their best lives.
