We are seeking two Keyworkers to join our team at Eddie’s, who will support children, young people and adultsup to the age of 25 with a learning disability, autism or complex needs. Both roles will be working in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough locality.

Eddie’s provides a wide range of services across Cambridgeshire for children, young people and adults with learning disabilities, and their families and carers. We deliver a number of projects and programmes to help the people we support with increased confidence, more effective social inclusion, improved skills, and reduced financial hardship.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you:
have a good working knowledge of children’s and young people’s opportunities across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough
are able to work with other organisations and look for opportunities that will lead to better outcomes for individuals with a learning disability, autism or complex needs
are proactive in your personal style and determined in wanting the best outcome for individuals with a learning disability, autism or complex needs
are articulate and have excellent communication skills whether in a meeting or in people’s front rooms
are able to creatively engage with children, young people and their families
are organised with excellent administration and prioritisation skills
are able to work as part of a team but also confident at lone working

The roles:
35 hours per week, working Monday to Friday
Salary of £27,616 per annum

Further details regarding the roles: These positions are part of a national initiative under NHS England’s long-term plan. The Keyworker programme has been operational in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough for four years, building on its pilot project launched in 2021 and funded by the Integrated Care Board.
The closing date for both roles is on Monday 24th March 2025, with interviews being held week commencing 31st March 2025.
