Full Time – 35 hours per week

Salary: £21,757- £25,023 per year depending on experience and qualifications 

Based: Waterbeach Head Office, with local travel

The HR department supports the charity with all aspects of people management with an emphasis on recruiting. Working in a small team and reporting to the HR Manager, this exciting role delivers all aspects of operational HR and drives forward creative recruitment solutions.

Previous HR experience is essential. The successful applicant will also be highly numerate, creative, flexible, target-focused, positive and energetic with excellent customer service.

This is an ideal opportunity for somebody to support the HR function of our charity, to develop their career and be able to play a part in making a difference to the people we support.

Job Summary

  • Responsible for the technical and administrative aspects of the day-to-day operation of the HR
    department; supporting the HR Manager, Recruitment & Development Adviser and Head of
    HR.
  • Responsible for recruitment advertising and administration to meet the resourcing needs of The Edmund Trust and Eddie’s
